Description

The Chill Out Mum synergy blend was specifically created to evoke a sense of peace and calm. Chill Out Mum may help calm nervous irritation. 

Directions

Chill Out Mum can be directly inhaled or diffused. It can be very calming when added to your bath using ¼ cup of Epsom salt, 1 oz. milk, and 3-5 drops of the synergy.

Dilute Chill Out Mum with a carrier oil at a 2-3% and rub on the temples, back of neck and feet at night to promote a good night’s rest.
