Directions

Aromatic: Diffuse using 1-2 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.
Topical: Dilute to 1-3% in a carrier and apply to wrists or anoint area of the chakra (top of head) by gently touching or massaging in a clockwise direction.
