Enjoy this blend’s energizing, refreshing aroma straight out of the bottle, diffused throughout the air, or added to a passive diffuser. For a deeper way to find relaxation, add 10 drops to 2 teaspoons of your favorite carrier oil and mix it in with warm bathwater. Directions

Aromatic - Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical - Dilute to 1-4% in a carrier.
