Sleep Tight was specially formulated without Valerian Root or other essential oils with unfavorable aromas, to help make falling asleep much more enjoyable. This roll-on is pre-diluted and ready to use — No mixing and no mess! Just roll onto wrists, arms, legs, or feet about 30 minutes before going to bed.

Directions

Apply to the chest or tops of feet prior to bedtime.

Pre-diluted in Fractionated Coconut Oil to 3% for your convenience.
