Directions
Diffuse Brain Aid during long work hours to help keep your mind focused. Add it to a carrier oil or unscented lotion and apply it to the wrists or temples for a midday mental boost.
Aromatic:Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or a personal inhaler. Topical:Dilute to 2-5% in a carrier.
